we’ll refund where the item purchased is damaged in way other than mentioned in a listing. in such a case we offer a refund, exchange or shop credit. please note that many of the items listed are in second hand condition and we do our best to note any damage where possible.

if you’ve changed your mind in regards to your purchase we’re happy to offer shop credit if you notify us within two weeks of you receiving your items. we ask that the buyer pays return postage costs in this instance.

postage is calculated based on weight formulas on our webshop. this means that in some instances the postage will be quoted higher than it will cost to post - this is especially the case when combining multiple items. in the instance that you pay too much for postage, a flat shop will reimburse the difference upon posting the order. please contact us if you have any queries about postage or when placing large orders. we use australia post, all deliveries will include a tracking number.

for stylists wanting to borrow garments for photoshoots, please get in touch with us via email (shopaflat@gmail.com) with a brief outlining the details of the photoshoot and with at least 1 weeks notice.

we do our best to provide accurate measurements which are often more reliable than sizes given the variability in sizing from label to label. all measurements are taken flat with the garment button up (where applicable).

we recommend referring to a similar garment of your own and comparing this with the measurements provided.
